Um, did we see the same movie? Barbie is NOT a children’s movie. I balk at anyone who claims for it to be. The movie is meant to start a conversation, one you clearly don’t want to sit at the table to attend and discuss with nuance. The movie is satire done in a clever way. If you don’t get that, I don’t know what to tell you, but I know one thing: I feel sad for you that you didn’t get more than the tip of the iceberg as far as what the movie was about. Nice ploy to get clicks and rile people up.
