The 31 Films I’d Call the Favorites of My Life (Thus Far)

Disney just owns everything, okay — especially many of the films I’m going to be talking about.

Shout out goes to Paul Combs, Eric Pierce, and Simon Dillon for invoking this madness of trying to answer a question I’ll never ask myself again: “If I had to choose a favorite film from every year I’ve been alive, what would be my pick for each year?”

Thank the maker that I’ve lived only thirty-one of those, so you have a lot less to scroll through than if I had been, say, double my age.

Maybe I’ll revisit the question when I’m sixty-five and retired, though maybe I’ll have an algorithm-type mechanism implanted in my brain by then which will make the question a lot easier to answer.
