Do you remember when I said I had to sell my kidney to get a Taylor Swift ticket? Well, lo and behold, I actually had to fish out $500 for a ticket just to see the queen of the music industry for one night only. It was all worth it, though, because Taylor is one of those once-in-a-lifetime artists who manages to be humble yet ever aspirational in her pursuits as a top-tier creative.

To say I was enamored is an understatement. I don’t usually sing at concerts, but I belted out almost every song I heard during her three-hour-long set. My friend and I had a blast just jamming to our favorites ranging from the Red era to the gorgeous eras of Folklore and Evermore. To say the artistry is top-notch is an understatement.

For those who don’t get to see Taylor in concert, I must say that it’s been a whirlwind to see just how many people are sharing their experiences of the concert as Taylor travels the country and performs magic trick after magic trick. Her outfits alone are swoon-worthy, ranging from glitter bodysuits to flowy dresses that make her look like an angel or a fairy sent from another realm. But my favorite remains her summoning ceremony as a witch while the song “Willow” acts as a refrain in the background. You get the…
