That night, Lovergirl didn’t realize the man — who called himself Adam Golding at first introduction — was a superhero in disguise too.
Sonic became an afterglow of memory as she sat chatting with Adam.
Only later — months later — would she find out Adam’s secret.
Ghostboy, lingering out there right in the open air.
Ghostboy, trying his best to hide what he really was.
His was quite the gift, she had to admit. Her voice was a siren song to most who heard it, and his ability to astral project was quite something.
But it was saying something that she liked him.
The Chronicles of Ghostboy and Lovergirl is a microfiction series inspired by Taylor Swift’s Lover album (released 2019). Each story can be read as a standalone, but they build on each other for this superhero universe I’ve created.
