My daughter is fair, kind, gentle. I hate to give her up, and I wonder if you’re the type of man who can take care of her the way she needs.
I’d tell you not to wound her heart, but I know better. I was a young man once myself. Sometimes you don’t even realize you’re hurting the one you love.
