I've never worked in food service/delivery, but gosh, some of this made me think back to my time spent in retail. Often very thankless work! And I can't imagine how it must have been to be a delivery driver during the pandemic too...since I'm sure there were people who did not tip generously or logically, so... But, yeah, this piece resonated since I think we've all had that one job that makes us go, "Yeah, it wasn't great, but at least I learned something from it."
