I'm glad you enjoyed the story, even with the bittersweet-esque moments.

And I personally identify as all three myself, not gonna lie. It may have been too on-the-nose, but the menagerie keeper was pretty much a stand-in as a mouthpiece for modern society that can't seem to accept people for their differences.
