There was a sense of accomplishment with all the steps and protocols involved.
Meanwhile, James Dean sitting across from her just seemed bored out of his mind.
Get me out of this living hell, he thought.
She couldn’t help smiling a little.
You don’t like it?
I hate computers. I hate robots. I hate simulations. Get me out of here.
Daisy found herself charmed in spite of herself.
He was a far cry from Gatsby who could be far too serious.
But she frowned at a screen.
Something was coming.
This series is inspired by 1989 (Taylor’s Version) in a city on the brink of dystopian musings. Each story is 100 words, a snapshot of a larger narrative at play.
