Currently, I have Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Disney+, and Discovery+ (the latter of which I pay for my aunt and uncle who love home improvement shows). I'm always falling behind, yet I'm so tempted to renew the AppleTV subscription to see what looks like a feel-good show in Ted Lasso.
As it is, though, I've mainly just set aside time for Netflix original content, especially the movies - which, granted, haven't been home runs but they were okay. And sometimes I make a mental note to go back to a streaming service to watch something, only to get distracted by some shiny new thing. It's a never-ending cycle.
I must admit that I'm really stoked for Disney+'s offerings this fall. Hocus Pocus 2 and Disenchanted? Count me in!
But meanwhile I'm sitting on Our Flag Means Death, Atypical, Only Murders in the Building S2 - to name a few. At least I managed a binge-watch for Never Have I Ever S3 (probably my favorite show in a long, long time).
At least I'm not inclined towards fantasy television (I prefer movies), so I don't have to add House of the Dragon and Rings of Power to the ever-building list...
But, all that to say: I understand your pain!!
