Christmas Came Early This Year
Just take a peek…
Would you look at that, this weekend is Christmas! Woo, woo, we almost made it through another year! Time to bust out the bottle of champagne that’s been sitting in the back of the fridge since last year!
(I kid, I kid. I’m much more of a sparkling grape juice fan anyway.)
A few weeks ago, I already talked about the things I’m grateful for this year, particularly the writers I met who have inspired me to keep on going. Many of the stories I write would not have come into being if I did not have support and kindness from my fellow writers who encourage me in my mad, mad ways with a keyboard.
But this time I wanted to thank the readers out there who make this whole I-want-to-write-and-make-some-money-from-it gig a possibility — and reality.
I’ve already talked about viral stories I’ve had, but honestly some of my best-received stories are the ones that don’t even deal with the potentially smutty (no matter what the lure from the above title and picture made you think).
I thought I would share some of those stories that managed to resonate this year in the hope that they find more love in the weeks and months to come.
