10 Things I Love: Writer’s Edition
There’s always a bright side, isn’t there?
You may have seen my little meandering through the things I “hate” (though that’s such a strong word) about writing. Let’s just say that there are some things that irk me about what I deem “writer brain” — and everything involved therein.
But there’s always an upside, right? There are plenty of things to love about writing and the threads that make up the process of what it means to put pen to paper and let the ink flow.

Generating ideas
Hi, my name’s Jillian, and I have too many ideas to write. Isn’t that sad?

I’m just joking. Finding new ideas is my favorite thing about the writing process, even though I know that — realistically — I’ll probably never be able to give them all the breath of life.
But I still come up with more for that rare rainy day when I might need an extra boost in my creative spirit.
